With my extensive experience of over 500 hours of yoga teacher training, coupled with over two decades of personal practice and more than ten years of teaching, I’ve created online programs designed to enhance your regular live classes.
These programs serve as a perfect complement to your existing activities or can be utilised independently, providing you with the flexibility to practice whenever it suits you. My aim is to support you in discovering a joyful and comfortable way to move your body, regardless of your experience level. Join me in exploring these vibrant online resources that can enrich your journey in yoga.
Live classes
In-person live classes are a great way to ensure you are moving in a supported and intentional way. Having a qualified instructor with years of training and experience can offer you the adjustments, challenges, and advice you may be missing out on by solely using one style of teaching. I observe throughout class and will adjust poses or wording to ensure you are feeling what is intended for each class.
Group Classes
Regular group classes held at Hillsborough Pavilion are on Sundays 7pm, Wednesdays at 7:30pm, Thursdays 6pm and Fridays at 12:30 (new for 2026). These classes are slightly different and will compliment each other every week to allow you to enjoy attending one or all.

Corporate Yoga
I also offer one-off or regular small group classes for student groups and company offices. These can be a regularly scheduled class or ad-hoc. I can provide mats and props for a small fee. If you’d like to talk more about this, contact me! Your group will benefit from tailored sessions that emphasize mobility, functional movement, and alignment, all while fostering a fun and comfortable environment. Mentoring
Private sessions offer you specialized attention tailored to meet your specific goals. Whether you're looking to improve your mobility, enhance your alignment, or simply enjoy a more personalized approach to yoga, these sessions provide the perfect space for you to explore your practice at your own pace.
I work closely with you to understand your individual needs and preferences, ensuring that every class is designed just for you. This focused attention allows us to address any challenges you're facing while celebrating your progress. Together, we’ll create a plan that helps you feel comfortable and empowered in your body.
