What to Expect

A gentle pause from the pace of everyday life. The Aligned and Wild Retreat in the Longnor is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself—through guided experiences, restorative space, and time to simply be.

❋ Intentional Structure

We blend guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect—so the experience feels both focused and fluid.

❋ Collaborative Energy

Connection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content itself.

❋ Expert Facilitation

With decades of teaching experience between us, Sarah and Rebecca will hold space, encourage participation, and keep things moving with purpose.

❋ A Supportive Space

Our retreat prioritises comfort, safety, and respect—so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process.

Who We Are

Hosted and Led by Sarah and Rebecca

Two women sitting at a table in a casual restaurant, smiling and holding cups of coffee. The woman on the left is wearing a black baseball cap with a watermelon logo, a black shirt that says "LONDON," and is using a laptop. The woman on the right has short hair, is wearing a dark green zip-up sweater, and has a notebook, clipboard, and smartphone in front of her.
Hello!

We met while working at Hot Yoga Commonside in 2016. Since the closure of the studio, Sarah and Rebecca have managed to stay friends and keep connection.

We both love dogs, walks, nature, a good laugh, and a great bit of yoga.

  • Why Go on a Retreat?

Weekly practise is great, but on a retreat you’re able to focus on yourself more. Deepen your understanding of philosophy, your physical abilities with asana, and create connection with the community.
On top of that, you also get to be taken care of, fed, led, and loved.

  • I'm a Beginner, can I still join?

Absolutely! This is a great opportunity to build your confidence with yoga and get to feel strong in your own abilities, ready to join public classes

  • What are the Prices?

    A Private room is £900pp
    A Shared room is £725pp

We also have a slightly smaller room available to grab for a £50 discount (when it’s gone, it’s gone!).

    Payment plans are available.

If you’re struggling but really need this, reach out to us and see if we can find a way to make it work.

  • This seems like a lot of money

I get it, budgets are tight. We’ve set the price to ensure the rent, food, activities (except massage), and effort are taken care of. We do offer payment plans if bulk payment is too ominous.

  • What shall I Bring?

Bring your yoga mat if you have one, or let us know if you need one. Any other props you have, you’re welcome to bring. Comfy clothes to lounge in and practice yoga in. Swimming costume for the hot tub! And finally, an open mind and friendly attitude!

  • I'd like a massage, how do I add that?

Great! We’re teaming up with Jane for massage appointments. These will be at an additional cost set by Jane. But they can be done in your room, at your preferred time!

Bathe in Healing sounds with Muna McCadie

A sound bath is a meditative listening experience that can help to create a sense of calm and relaxation

My work is rooted in care for self, for community, and for the world, through regulated, resourced practice.

I hold spaces where what is can be met softly, held in resonance, and allowed to unfold.

Through sound and movement & psychotherapy, the body, mind, and inner rhythms are invited to rest, listen, and gently shift.

Each moment is an opportunity for attunement, integration, and the emergence of new ways of being.

These offerings are grounded, spacious, and tenderly held, creating a container for presence, reflection, and quiet transformation.

Hi, I'm Harriet (She/Her)

With a unique mix of having a BA Hons degree in Fashion Design, a Certificate of Education in Illustration and a Masters Degree in Psychology - I wanted to create beautiful pieces that really connect to the everyday, human experience.

The Moody Violet was the brand name I created almost 10 years ago in the very first year of my degree. This full circle moment - having the brand come to life - is a real credit to my younger self and the vison she had.
