Group Classes
Your Yoga can be in person, online, or on demand. There are plenty of options to suit your needs each time you come to yoga with me. Each class is bespoke to the students in the room.

function and flow
Mobility yoga classes aimed at helping you feel better able to use your body for the long game. These classes work with many props and are outside the ‘expected’ yoga style.
Using my experience and knowledge of alignment, musculoskeletal systems, and movement patterns, I aim to help you find strength and ease in the support system that keeps you moving.
Sundays are more light hearted and playful, where Thursdays follow a similar focus but are more flow based.
Hatha/Yin
This class is a slower paced class with a deeper focus on mindfulness, mobility, introspection and interoception. This class is great if you feel a need help to slow down in this fast paced world
These classes involve slower breath focussed asana, as well as yin style practice which incorporate longer holds in a physically gentler approach. Excellent for helping improve fascial mobility and hydration.

Friday Flow
A lovely mid-day reset class that begins with a grounding, supportive rest, the flows to combine gentle engagement and challenge both physically and mentally, and slow restful holds.
This will set you up for a lovely weekend ahead!
