Yoga

Adaptive, Anatomically Informed.

I offer yoga to help you feel supported through movement, aging, chronic pain, sport, perimenopause, and the rest life.

Hi, I’m Rebecca!

With over 700 hours of yoga teacher trainings, my yoga teaching aims to provide guidance for all levels of practice so you can decide what feels best for your body. If I had to pick a name for what i’d call my ‘style’ of teaching, it would be adaptive, mobility and alignment focused yoga. I’d love for you to find a way to access the poses in yoga to suit your body, rather than forcing your body into the poses.

I specialise in a variety of different practices including Hatha, Vinyasa, Anusara inspired, Yin, alignment, functional movement, yoga for sports, female health, and pain care.

“I never regret going to one of Rebecca’s classes. I always leave feeling happy, even if sometimes tired from working hard! She makes the classes fun and accessible to all levels. Definitely recommend!”

“I started attending Rebecca’s classes around a year ago. I have always enjoyed doing yoga at home, but I was after a class so I could commit to a regular practice. I needed something on a Thursday evening in walking distance so it could fit with our tight, family schedule!

I have always felt really comfortable in Rebecca’s class, especially as someone quite new to yoga. I put this down to her great sense ofhumour and the diversity of the people who attend. She creates a space that is inclusive, and interesting. It’s not always the standard ‘yoga’ moves, but instead learning about the body and moving in a unique way.

I enjoy going, it’s one of my favourite parts of the week and I love feeling part of a community.”
