Join my friend and fellow teacher Sarah Burke, and myself, Rebecca, for a nourishing yoga retreat designed to help you unwind, reset, and recharge. Across the weekend, you’ll enjoy daily yoga practices, guided walks, shared meals, and plenty of space for both rest and laughter.
Accommodation options include accessible, private, or shared rooms. Most bedrooms share one bathroom between two rooms, and on-site parking is available.
Some mats will be available to rent through Bend and Beam yoga mats - Sheffield based female owned company.
A £200 non-refundable (unless the spot can be filled) deposit secures your place, with the balance due in two parts, by the end of February 2026 and the final payment end of April 2026.
Shared room: £650 per person (single bed)
Private room: £825 per person (double bed)

These Early bird rates available until January 2026 - Prices go up by £75 in January.
Delicious meals will be provided throughout the retreat, with a mainly vegetarian menu. Please let us know about allergies when booking. Other dietary adjustments can be requested, though availability may depend on cost.
To make your retreat even more restorative, massage treatments will be available as an optional add-on. You’re also welcome to bring your own drinks to enjoy with meals. (Please note: this is a drug-free retreat.)
