Initial deposit is non-refundable

Cancellation more than 12 weeks prior to the retreat, 50% of the payments made will be refunded

Cancellation between 8 and 12 weeks, 25% of the payments will be refunded

Cancellation less than 8 weeks prior to the retreat, all payments made will be kept.

We will endeavour to find fill the space, and if the space can be filled, we will refund all payments made after the deposit.
